our space
Please look over the following details before requesting to book:

-
Our space is 900 sq ft. It is ideal for film and photo shoots with small fabricated sets, lighting set ups, interviews, rehearsals, workshops, screenings, screen tests, etc. We will consider small private gatherings.
-
Our space is wheelchair accessible
-
Our rates for our most basic rental package are $100 per 4 hour photoshoot, and $300 for a full 12 hour day. Setup and breakdown should be included in these time windows. These rates are for a completely independent use of the space. A member of the space will be there to greet you, but no one will be staying to assist your project, and no use of our gear is included (though you are more than welcome to bring in anything of your own).
-
All additional gear packages, sets/props, and labor from our team will be at an additional cost.
-
Our space is not sound proofed, though audio sensitive shoots can be scheduled according to the building's quietest hours
-
You are welcome to request an in-person tour ahead of your requested shoot dates. Specify in the booking form above.
-
For all shoots 12 hours or less, payment is appreciated within the 24 hour window following the rental period. For longer term shoots, we may request half of payment ahead of time.

The maintenance of the space is a labor of love, and rentals go directly to keeping our doors open, providing free education and access to gear, and sponsoring our under-resourced community.
